Our client requires a Business Manager for South Wales. You to be directly responsible for the profitability of 6-8 practices, focussing primarily on the growth & development of the dental business whilst delivering the highest quality of dental care and customer service to our patients, within practices that comply with the latest Health & Safety and Employment Law Legislations.

The ideal candidate will have a dental background or experience in retail multi-site management. You must be commercially astute, with good financial skills & a proven track record of successfully developing a business; used to working to targets & strict deadlines, along with excellent people management skills. Strong organisational skills are key to this role.

- CONTROL OF REVENUE AND COSTS
- CUSTOMER CARE
- MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCE ISSUES
- TRAINING
- MARKETING
- IMPLEMENTATION OF CONTINGENCY PLANS AND AUDIT REQUIREMENTS
- PRODUCTION OF MANAGEMENT REPORTS

Salary is circa £30k per annum dependent on experience, plus company car or car allowance, company laptop, mobile phone and expenses in line with company policy. Start date March/April 2008.
