PR ACCOUNT MANAGER - FOOD / DRINK / FMCG

Our client is an award winning FMCG and Lifestyle PR Agency looking for an experienced PR Account Manager to work across a number of exciting regional through international food and drink accounts.

You must organised, confident and driven, with a desire to develop a strong career path in PR consultancy. You will have food and drink experience, with good media contacts in these areas and in features. Top notch writing and communications skills are a must, coupled with experience of managing clients and expectations, and preparing and presenting strategic pitch documents. You will be enthusiastic, proactive and flexible, with experience of managing a team.

Reporting to an Account Director, the position is supported by various account executives and you would need to take a completely hands on approach to all accounts that you are responsible for.

The position is ideal for a seasoned PR Account Manager or an experienced Senior PR Account Executive looking to take the next step (minimum three years agency experience required). Salary is from £27-£32k per annum dependent on experience, with additional benefits available after one year. Holiday is 20 days, and hours are consistent with industry but the agency works hard to create a work/life balance.
