THE ROLE

- To create a professional front of house contact to all clients and staff
- Meeting and greeting of staff and visitors.
- Customer expectation to be met through house keeping and attention to detal
- All information from cancellation desk communicated to the relevant supplier within the agreed timescales
- Preparation of rooms prior to the customers arrival
- Ensure all rooms are tidy prior to meeting room start
- Inform the help desk of any cleaning, M&E, fabric issues
- Provide at times Audio & Video conference support.
- Provide support for out of hours conferences and meetings.
- Answer request made from central Reservations and internal clients
- Ad hoc bookings using Booking System
- Flexibility to cover any absence across the whole of the Ernst & Young London estate
- Ensure all Front of House areas are tidy and presentable at all times
- Ensure all Service Levels are maintained.
- Checklists carried out daily concentrating on the standards of Client rooms and Reception areas.
- Answer all call in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain uniform standards at all times
- Attend monthly team meetings
- Attend weekly hospitality meeting
- Attend 1-2-1 meetings with the front of house Manager
- Ensure Health and Safety and Evacuation procedures are adhered to.
- Liaise with catering, Audio Visual and Filming staff
