Our client is looking for an experienced, diligent Team Secretary to provide a full administration and secretarial function primarily to the Director as well as the other members of the Executive Team as and when required. Strong computing, literacy, writing and communications skills are essential as is an extensive knowledge of Powerpoint and the creation of presentations and documentation. Duties include: Provide full secretarial and administrative support Co-ordinate diaries, including extensive scheduling of meetings Organise complex travel itineraries for the Director and other Executive Team members Sort and prioritise all correspondence on a daily basis and follow-up on all items requiring action Where required, arrange conferences, visits and any hospitality events Undertake tasks including research and project work that may be appropriate as a Team Secretary working in confidential situations Produce complex documents and presentations for a variety of sources, including tender documentation. Accuracy is the key here and this role requires a high level of attention to detail Provide a full general administrative function, including filing, ordering and general office management Act as an ambassador to the company, favourably representing the company at all times to all business contacts Answer all Executive telephones as and where required Greet visitors on behalf of executive team |
