Title Checker

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking conveyancing business based in Milton Keynes, is seeking skilled and motivated Title Checkers to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and progressive organisation. For the right candidate, fully remote working may be considered, although candidates should have proven title checking experience within residential conveyancing.

As an experienced Title Checker, your key duties & responsibilities will be to manage all aspects of residential purchase transactions, with a particular focus on raising legal enquiries across all residential tenures, reviewing, checking and reporting on search results, identifying issues and raising appropriate enquiries, managing a continuous flow of title checks with accuracy and efficiency, liaising with live conveyancing teams to provide support and guidance on complex transactions.

To be considered for the Title Checker role you will have proven experience in title checking, demonstrating strong knowledge of the full conveyancing process, will have excellent organisational and written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently. You will have strong attention to detail

In return, for the role of Title Checker, our clients is offering a starting salary depending on experience from £35,000, health insurance, free parking, generous holiday 38 days including bank holiday and Christmas shutdown, training opportunities, along with a genuine route to progress.
