Private Client Solicitor

Our Kettering based client is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join them on a full-time permanent basis, working 8.45 to 5pm Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity to join an established local business offering excellent career prospects.

This Private Client Solicitor position will involve home visits to elderly clients.

Private Client Solicitor Duties will include:

Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters.
Responsibility for providing high quality, professional advice on Probate and Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning and Trusts.
Communicating with executors, trustees, beneficiaries and other legal professionals.
Networking and marketing to generate new business and build reputation.
Attending meetings in client’s own home as required.
To be considered for the Private Client Solicitor role

You will have experience of Private Client Services and can demonstrate your level of experience in your previous role.
Provide empathetic, compassionate, and sensitive support to elderly clients during often complex and emotional matters.
Motivated to develop a strong professional reputation and drive billing performance.
